Our main goal is to provide quality products with prompt delivery time to our customers. In order to achieve this goal, we believe that every personnel must have common understanding regarding the quality standard. With Quality in mind, each personnel will be responsible to perform the task to the highest standard while eliminating any inefficiency in order to reduce manufacturing cost.

The quality management that we apply refers to the International Standards system. In the note of our company profile contained in the quality management documents, we:

2008
We obtained the Quality Management System Certification - ISO 9001: 2000 in the scope of "The Manufacturing of Precision Metal Parts".


2009
We obtained the Quality Management System Certification - ISO 9001: 2008 in the scope of "The Manufacturing of Precision Metal Parts".


2011
We obtained the certification of Nadcap AC7004 Rev. E (Aerospace Quality System) and AC7116/3 Rev. B (Electrical Discharge Machining).


2013
We obtained the Quality Management System certification SAE AS9100 Rev. C within the scope of "Requirement for Aviation Space and Defence Organization".


2018
We obtain the Quality Management System certification of ISO 9001: 2015 and AS9100 Rev. D within the scope of "Manufacture of mechanical components for commercial and aerospace applications. Provision of electrical discharge machining (EDM) and NDT (PT/MT) for aerospace machining components". In the same year, we successfully renewed the accreditation for Nadcap AC7116/3 Rev. C (Electrical Discharge Machining).

2020
We have regained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate and AS9100 Rev. D issued by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited on March 24, 2020, with the scope: Manufacture of mechanical components for commercial and aerospace applications. Provision of electrical discharge machining (EDM), NDT (PT / MT) and Etch inspection (Nital / Temper) for aerospace machining components.

Certification of ISO 9001:2015.
AS 9100 D Accreditation which includes ISO 9001:2015 for Manufacture of mechanical components for commercial and aerospace applications. Provision of electrical discharge machining (EDM), NDT(PT/MT) and Etch inspection (Nital/Temper) for aerospace machining components.
NADCAP Accreditation for AC7116 Rev C - Nonconventional Machining (ECM, ECG, EDM, LBM LPM, SEG) and AC7116/3 Rev C - Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Sinker.

 

The Quality Management is implemented in every line of work, from the handling of a customer order, the designing and programming of the part, the prototyping of a sample, customer’s approval based on the sample, preparing the procedures of the machining process, cross examination with the customer before going into production, continuous inspection to maintain the quality standard and consistency during production processes, strict QC process, and up to the packing and handling for the delivery to the customer.

All of these can be obtained based on the working principle of:

  • Error prevention plan
  • Periodical evaluation of the process effectiveness and potential improvements.
  • Continuous improvements towards the lower cost of production.
  • Consolidation of understanding and responsibility of every personnel in the Quality Management process of quality conscious and cost conscious.
  • Improving the knowledge of the personnel through regular the training and workshop.
 
STANDARD QUALITY with NDT Inspection

To maintain the quality and consistency, our QC section is equipped with modern high-precision measuring equipments such as the CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) that has the accuracy of 1 micron and equipped NDT facility with MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) process inspection.
