Permintaan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dan ketepatan waktu adalah hal yang menjadi perhatian kami yang paling utama. Untuk dapat memenuhi standar tersebut, kami menyadari bahwa sangat diperlukan setiap personel memiliki kesadaran akan kualitas (quality conscious) dan pemikiran bertanggung jawab atas biaya (cost-responsible) dan tentu saja implementasinya pada setiap kegiatannya.
Manajemen Mutu diterapkan pada keseluruhan lini yang berkaitan, mulai dari pembuatan contoh produk sesuai spesifikasi, penerimaan order kustomer, persiapan dan prosedur pengerjaan untuk menekan reject rate yang seminimal mungkin, komunikasi dengan kustomer dan supplier untuk konsistensi produksi, proses QC yang ketat, sampai dengan packing pengiriman produk.
Semua ini berdasarkan prinsip kerja antara lain:
- Pencegahan kesalahan dengan melakukan kegiatan preventif.
- Evaluasi berkala pada efektifitas proses dan terhadap kemungkinan peningkatannya.
- Pengembangan terus menerus untuk biaya produksi yang lebih rendah.
- Pemantapan terhadap pemahaman dari tanggung jawab kebijakan mutu pada setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam hal kualitas dan kuantitas dari dari setiap SDM.
- Meningkatkan kemampuan SDM melalui pelatihan dan workshop secara berkala.
